Designed to be both welcoming and functional, the rooftop bar, leasing office, and community spaces bring warmth through layered textures, woven details, and a soft, neutral palette with subtle pops of color. The rooftop lounge mixes rustic woods with casual, colorful furnishings, creating the perfect spot to gather. Inside, performance leathers and commercial-grade fabrics keep things durable while maintaining a residential feel. One of the most unique touches is the collection of vintage Wrightsville Beach postcards, thoughtfully framed to add a sense of nostalgia and local history. From the blue-shaded sconces to the linen-draped windows, every detail was chosen to create a space that feels inviting, effortless, and full of personality.
